Native New England Shrubs
Shrubs vary widely in size, shape, color, bark, flower, and fruit. This course introduces you to many of the native New England shrub species that can be found at Garden in the Woods and throughout the local ecoregion. The learner-centered approach encourages students to develop skills that will help them identify any shrub through dichotomous keys, field guides, or verifying plant ID apps.
