Deer-tolerant Landscapes

Today, more than ever, most of us are sharing our landscapes with deer. As majestic as they are, deer can damage landscapes in costly ways. By understanding deer behavior, we can uncover natural strategies for coexisting with a deer population. If you need practical approaches to deter the munching, join us for ideas to safeguard your garden. We will also review a selection of “deer tolerant” plants and point out those considered to be “deer candy.”

Please note: We do not make video or audio recordings of classes or programs available after the fact, because we believe education is interactive, with instructors and students building a community and culture of learning. Some programs may be recorded strictly for instructor-training purposes. Please visit this page to review this and other FAQs about our policies.
